Lyrics: For these questions I give some lyrics, you name the artist, song and album for one point each.
- Would you like to say something before you leave
Perhaps you'd care to state exactly how you feel
We said good-bye before we said hello
I hardly even like you, I shouldn't care at all
We met just six hours ago, the music was too loud - Dig if you will the picture
Of you and I engaged in a kiss
The sweat of your body covers me
Can you my darling...can you picture this? - I saw teenage girls like gaudy moths
A classrooms shabby butterflies
Flirt in the glow of stranded telephone boxes;
Planning white lace weddings from smeared hearts and token proclamations,
Rolled from stolen lipsticks across the razored webs of glass
Sharing cigarettes with experience
With her giggling jealous confidantes,
She faithfully traces his name
With quick bitten fingernails
Through the tears of condensation
That’ll cry through the night
As the glancing headlights of the last bus
Kiss adolescence goodbye

Exciting! I vote for a petition to have all bloggers required to post trivia questions once a week. They're just so much fun, regardless of genre ... 80's music? Really?
80’s Pop:
1. Jenny! This was on an episode of “Back In…”
5. Sinead O’Connor
The Wall:
1. Hey you?
3. Money
4. Alan Parker … Evita and … does Angela’s Ashes count as a musical?
Saw Tammy's comment first, so filling in from there again:
80s:
2. Andrew Ridgley (sp?) and George Michael
3. "Captain" Lou Albano
4. Spandau Ballet
PFTW:
:(
Lyrics:
1. Janet Jackson (?)
2. Prince, When Doves Cry, Purple Rain (?)
I challenge the #5 answer for 80's pop - Sinead O'Connor ripped up a picture of the pope, didn't burn it.
I actually remember watching it live, too!
The only ones I have any guesses for (not looking to the left to see anyone else's answers):
80's Pop:
4) Tears for Fear?
5) Sinead O'Connor
The Wall:
1) Empty Spaces?
3) Nobody Home
4) Alan Parker and I don't know
That's about it for me. Interesting questions, though.
